I’ve been a nutrition and fitness coach for over 20 years and recently added L.E.A.N. wellness coaching to my service offerings. I love to show people how to fuel their bodies with simple, easy-to-implement nutrition strategies, free of unrealistic restrictions. Staying physically active and eating the right foods are the two most important things you can do to keep living an independent, healthy life. At 64 I am a very active “gramma”. The strategies I teach are the exact same strategies I apply to my everyday life. Age is just part of our life’s journey — it does not define us; it just gives us more wisdom. Learning new habits happens one step at a time. We learn a little, apply what we learn, and then repeat the process — eventually, these new habits become your new normal!
