Avocado Dip
This smooth and buttery dip is blended with bright green avocados, protein-rich Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and aromatic herbs for an irresistibly scoopable spread. Paired with veggies, it makes a great high-fiber starter!
Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados peeled and pitted
- 1/2 c. whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1/3 c. packed basil leaves
- 2 green onions sliced
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon zest
- 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove mined
- 1 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- Cut raw vegetables to serve
Instructions
- Add the avocados, greek yogurt, basil, green onion, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and cayenne pepper to a blender. Cover and blend until completely smooth, using a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides as needed.
- Spoon the avocado dip into a serving bowl and serve with sliced vegetables.
