Oregano Dressing
Another easy way to get your vinegar hack in (Glucose Revolution) is by having it as a dressing on your food. The next few pages showcase my favorite ways to dress up my dishes and reduce their glucose spike.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Place the apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, oregano, and olive oil in a small jar, season well with salt and pepper, then seal the jar.
- Shake everything up until it's all emulsified.
- Refrigerate until needed.
